Update for children in school

Parents are advised to read the government's guidance on staying at home in the case of suspected coronavirus infection. This is based on the most significant symptoms of:

•                new continuous cough, and/or

•                high temperature (37.8°C)

If your child develops these symptoms whilst in school you will be called immediately to collect your child and our procedure will be followed.  Likewise staff who begin to display the symptoms will be sent home immediately and again our procedure will be followed.  This procedure is in line with all the Government guidelines with reference to symptoms developing on site.

There is also a clear and concise risk assessment in place for cleaning throughout the day, strict social distancing whilst in school and hand washing.

In school, we will continue to encourage regular handwashing, and the use of tissues to 'Catch It, Bin It, Kill It".

VULNERABLE CHILDREN 

Please remember that under the government guidelines your child has access to a place in school.  Should you require a place please call school on receiving your text each Tuesday morning.  A place for your child will be secured.
