Curriculum Committee

Welcome to our Curriculum Committee

We are the pupil curriculum committee and our role is to monitor subjects in school alongside the teacher subject leaders to observe how pupils are learning and how teachers are teaching. There is a pupil representative for each subject who meets regularly with their teacher leader to discuss pupil progress within the lessons, as well as offer recommendations on how improvements can be made from a pupil perspective. We also meet as a committee to share what we have been discussing and any impact that their monitoring and discussions have had on the teaching of their subject. We believe that it is important they pupils have a voice and are heard at all levels.
