Mrs Selby

I love all areas of the curriculum, however if I had to choose it would be Maths  and PE.  The story I love to read to my class is ‘The Gruffalo’ by Julia Donaldson.  I have 2 children so most of my spare time is spent playing with them. We love going to the forest and the beach.

 Mrs Doyle

I love to Role Play.  We have lots of different role play areas throughout the year in reception.   My favourite story to read to children is ‘Stickman’ we even have a stickman tree outside one of our classrooms!  My favourite hobby is bird watching.  I enjoy teaching children about nature and I run a bird watching club at school!

Tapestry

We will be using Tapestry to assess and monitor your Child’s progress.  It is a computer based programme that records your Child’s development.  Staff use iPads to input the observations.  You will be able to add to this from September if you have not already started in Nursery.
