Well Being & Mental Health
It would be an understatement to say this is a stressful time for society as a whole at the moment and with this in mind, it is vital that we are looking after our wellbeing - both physical and mental.
As you know, we take the wellbeing of our whole school community very seriously and as such have compiled some resources which we believe may beuseful to maintain positive wellbeing throughout this difficult time.
These resources are for both adults and children alike, and an ideal way to look after one anothers wellbeing together. As I wrote in my Twitter feeds we have an amazing, supportive community here at Witton and I know you will all be looking after each other but remember to have fun, enjoy this time with your family, stay safe and remember we all need hugs, cuddles and time to share our thoughts with each other.
